Alejandro Fernandez commented on AMBARI-18528:
----------------------------------------------

Ambari is interpreting this as,
{code}
-Dzookeeper.security.auth_to_local=RULE:2:start@/usr/hdp/current/zookeeper-server/bin/zkServer.sh(hbase@REALM.COM)s/.*/hbase/
‚Äč
{code}

> Add support for specification of auth_to_local rules
> ----------------------------------------------------
>
>                 Key: AMBARI-18528
>                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-18528
>             Project: Ambari
>          Issue Type: Bug
>            Reporter: Ted Yu
>
> We tried specifying auth_to_local in zookeeper env input box:
> {code}
> export SERVER_JVMFLAGS="$SERVER_JVMFLAGS -Dzookeeper.security.auth_to_local=RULE:[2:$1@$0](hbase@c.NET)s/.*/hbase/
 -Djava.security.auth.login.config={{zk_server_jaas_file}}"
> {code}
> However, when zookeeper quorum starts, the rule got interrupted with zkServer.sh
> We should add the capability of specifying auth_to_local in Ambari UI
