The idea is that HDI 3.5 which corresponds to HDP 2.5 (Erie) will be on Ubuntu 16. We will only test Ubuntu 16 on HDI, we won't test it for on-Prem. But, we do need Ambari to support this OS. So, there are two parts here. One is just to functionally make sure that Ambari can accept doing an installation on Ubuntu.
