Robert Levas commented on AMBARI-16869:

[~ababiichuk],

Looking at this patch, I am confused as to why the conditional at {{ambari-server/src/main/resources/stacks/HDP/2.5/services/stack_advisor.py:143}}
was changed in that way.

By relying on the existence of the {{KERBEROS}} service, we run the risk of blindly setting
{{hbase.master.ui.readonly}} because it is possible to have the {{KERBEROS}} servic installed
in a non-Kerberized cluster.

Instead, maybe we should investigate what is wrong with

{code}
 if "cluster-env" in services["configurations"] and  "security_enabled" in services["configurations"]["cluster-env"]["properties"]
\
	          and services["configurations"]["cluster-env"]["properties"]["security_enabled"].lower()
== "true":
{code}
