> On Move wizard for every component we have generic action of deleting host component
from source host. For success delete operation host component should be in INSTALLED (stopped)
state. But if source host is in maintenance mode some host level or service level operations
may be ignored for host component (depending on maintenance mode level: host, service or component),
so Stop All Services or Stop Service operations may be ignored by host components in MM, so
delete operations for them will fail. We should add additional request to stop components
in MM, that we want to delete.
