STR:
1)Deploy ambari cluster
2)Navigate at  Admin tab ->Settings tab
3)Check timeZones

Actual results:
Some time zones are absent .
Accordingly UTC standard exist time zones: +08:30 and +12:45, but they are absent at Ambari.
