[~jaimin] I've created a patch attached here. With recent unit test failures I don't believe
the Hadoop QA is accurate. My command line results from some of the tests is the following.

  6506 tests complete (9 seconds)
  94 tests pending

I've manually tested this end-to-end in a 2 node cluster with no HA to ensure that the normal
functionality is still there. I've done the same in the 3 node cluster as well. Then I also
tested HDFS HA  mode in the 3 node cluster and disabled namenodes to ensure that the URLs
that the macro/templating used were correct as well and that the Knox configuration with WebHDFS
HA worked.
