Bugs: AMBARI-12641

Repository: ambari

Allow user to update _modifiable_ properties of the Kerberos Descriptor from within Kerberos
administrator view. These updates should be stored in the cluster's Kerberos Descriptor _artifact

Once changes have been saved, the _Regenerate Keytabs_ feature should be invoked to create
any new/changed principals and update service configurations. As part of the process, services
should be restarted once the Kerberos-related tasks are complete.

  ambari-web/app/controllers/main/admin/kerberos.js 2ff79f0
  ambari-web/app/controllers/main/admin/kerberos/step4_controller.js aaf3640
  ambari-web/app/mixins/wizard/addSecurityConfigs.js 7ffdd3b
  ambari-web/app/templates/main/admin/kerberos.hbs b191dc2

Tested the patch on a live cluster.
Verified that all existing ambari-web unit tests passess
