Ambari tries to drop DB schema during reset ever it is external DB, and fails during this

ambari-framework-selftest-sle113-8508-split1-re2-5:~ # cat /etc/ambari-server/conf/
|grep server.persistence.type
ambari-framework-selftest-sle113-8508-split1-re2-5:~ # ambari-server reset -s
