The psutil module is compiled and deployed incorrectly.

C:\ambari\ambari-metrics-monitor-0.1.0>ambari-metrics-monitor.cmd setup
psutil binaries need to be built by running, psutil/build.py manually or by runn
ing a, mvn clean package, command.
