(Updated Dec. 11, 2014, 5:43 p.m.)

Review request for Ambari, Alejandro Fernandez, Nate Cole, and Yurii Shylov.

Bugs: AMBARI-8661
    https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-8661

Repository: ambari

Description
-------

With current trunk deployed on multinode cluster, in case of fail, cluster stack version may
transition to INSTALLED state instead of transitioning to INSTALL_FAILED state. Decided to
publish a fix for that to get it into trunk asap.
