Subject [jira] [Created] (AMBARI-5326) Ambari should be able to configure ATS age off parameters
Date Wed, 02 Apr 2014 18:09:17 GMT
Antonenko Alexander created AMBARI-5326:
-------------------------------------------

             Summary: Ambari should be able to configure ATS age off parameters
                 Key: AMBARI-5326
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-5326
             Project: Ambari
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: client, controller
    Affects Versions: 1.5.1
            Reporter: Antonenko Alexander
            Assignee: Antonenko Alexander
             Fix For: 1.5.1

This boolean property enables age off (defaults to enabled):
{noformat}
  <property>

Enable age off of timeline store data.

    <value>true</value>
  </property>
{noformat}

This property is the length of time to wait before deleting entities, based on their key timestamp
(defaults to 1 week):
{noformat}
  <property>

Time to live for timeline store data in milliseconds.

    <value>604800000</value>
  </property>
{noformat}

This property controls how long the age off thread waits between deletion cycles (defaults
to 5 minutes). It shouldn't need to be changed, but if deletion is taking too long for some
reason, this value could be lowered so that it runs more frequently.
{noformat}
  <property>

Length of time to wait between deletion cycles of leveldb timeline
store in milliseconds.

    <value>300000</value>
  </property>
{noformat}
