Review request for Ambari, Sumit Mohanty and Vitalyi Brodetskyi.

Bugs: AMBARI-5036
    https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-5036

Repository: ambari

Description
-------

When action scheduler faces the deleted component, it marks a task as aborted. After this,
entire request is likely to be aborted (depending on per-stage tolerance settings).
Screenshots of UI in this situation are attached to Apache jira. Also, a relevant message
is posted to log.
