    Attachment: update-static.patch

Add an "update_static" profile for ambari-web/pom.xml that wraps the flag.

This is for consistency, since a profile is used to control where ambari-server reads from.
 To update the static web dir from the ambari-web subdir:

mvn -P update_static -X compile
