The user can delete hosts that consists solely of:
* DataNodes
* TaskTrackers
* NodeManagers
* ZooKeeper Servers
* Ganglia Monitor
* Clients

Once a host is deleted, all the Nagios alerts should be updated (all host-level alerts for the deleted host should disappear, and all aggregate alerts should not take the deleted host into consideration).

ZK servers need to be restarted after a delete.
