Here I added some code to the function which generates and applies our manifests, so before
generating the manifest we check $java64_home/bin/java -version to return 0 before start/stop/smoke.
If check fails the user gets the message, which you can see on the screen.png
Passed these scenarios, also all the python tests were successful
