I had to change my git remote to use the SSH version - it turns out I had already done that
when I was testing the pr tool changes against my fork.

https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/pull/3680 opened that will correct the remote.
Or run this command

    git remote set-url github git@github.com:apache/incubator-airflow
