Can someone please ensure that
http://incubator.apache.org/projects/airflow.html (annoucements section) is
updated with information on all the releases, new committers/PPMC members,
etc?

Additionally, if the community is considering that they are ready to
graduate, it would be a good idea to look at
https://community.apache.org/apache-way/apache-project-maturity-model.html
and see where the project stands in this regard.
