rayrrr opened a new pull request #7179: [AIRFLOW-6573] bump `text-unidecode` version for Python
   `text-unidecode` version 1.3 was recently released and it includes explicit support for
Python 3.7. This should be the dependency since we declare Python 3.7 support ourselves.
