   These changes add the ability for a pipeline to execute a cypher query as part of a DAG
   The query is executed against an Airflow managed connection (host, port, username, password)
using the Neo4j python library:

   Documentation will be comming shortly. Just waiting proof for a proof read.
   Usage will look like:
   t4 = Neo4JOperator(
       cypher_query="MATCH (n) RETURN id(n)",
