I believe so, yes. If not, then `airflow clear --upstream --only_failed` an= d `airflow clear --only_failed` are equivalent. Upstream tasks are not being cleared. The same is true for `=E2=80=93downst= ream`. =C2=A0 My use-case is: I want to clear all tasks all DagRuns that contain a failed= task.
