Quick start specifies `initdb` but full tutorial docs afaict do not specify this prerequisite
command. If this is not run before everything else you end up with:

sqlalchemy.exc.OperationalError: (sqlite3.OperationalError) no such table: connection [SQL:
'SELECT connection.conn_id AS connection_conn_id \nFROM connection GROUP BY connection.conn_id']
