As [~criccomini] said, I think a Docker environment is better in this case to allow developers use
some tools they are more confident (e.g, the backend database).

Also, with docker-compose we can make a cluster with different containers, following the
Docker philosophy, a container should run a process with only one purpose, so separating
the webserver from scheduler is so easy.

I can make a PoC based in this theory and contribute with this task if you want.
