Kengo Seki reassigned AIRFLOW-891:
----------------------------------

    Assignee: Kengo Seki

I'd like to work on this issue. I'd also prefer "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS" style, but the plugin
seems to have a bug on displaying month. [I have submitted a PR to the upstream|https://github.com/Lwangaman/jQuery-Clock-Plugin/pull/17],
so if once it's merged, I'll resume this issue.

> Currently the webserver clock shows "23:29 UTC" Ideally it would show the day as well,
like 21-23:29 UTC.
