Currently, for a DAG, airflow offers charts for "Task Duration" and "Landing Times". We propose
adding a new chart for "Task Retries". 

In this chart, the x-axis would be the same as in the charts above (i.e. showing DAG run execution
times) and the y-axis shows retry counts. Each task would be represented in this chart as
a separate line, just as it is in the other charts above.
