* Restructured the project structured, segregated allocation manager modules from Sharing
Registry to Airavata-Sandbox. 
* Updated thrift-gen script for creating models and CPI from thrift files.
* Added new structures in the thrift module for Request Status, User Allocation Detail, and
User Detail entities.
