Subject Re: PGA SOAP WSDL Issue

The server had stopped, but when I restarted it, the SOAP issue was 
still there. 
https://localhost:9443/services/RemoteUserStoreManagerService?wsdl 
returns an XML document again, like I'm guessing it's supposed to.
