Thanks for the hints, Shameera.
I'm not seeing red libraries or other errors in the run configurations
or build path.

I'm seeing this error now:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/slf4j/LoggerFactory
	at org.apache.airavata.xbaya.XBaya.<clinit>(XBaya.java:35)
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.slf4j.LoggerFactory

Could not find the main class: org.apache.airavata.xbaya.XBaya. Program will exit.

>From mvn clean install, I do get this warning:
