Provide a user friendly, meaningful, short message for getApplicationModule.php when a non-existing
app module ID is provided

Airavata System Exception!
Error while retrieving the adding application module. More info : <openjpa-2.2.0-r422266:1244990
fatal general error> org.apache.openjpa.persistence.PersistenceException: The last packet
successfully received from the server was 55,154,284 milliseconds ago. The last packet sent
successfully to the server was 55,154,286 milliseconds ago. is longer than the server configured
value of 'wait_timeout'. You should consider either expiring and/or testing connection validity
before use in your application, increasing the server configured values for client timeouts,
or using the Connector/J connection property 'autoReconnect=true' to avoid this problem.
FailedObject: SELECT p FROM ApplicationModule p WHERE p.moduleID =:param0 [java.lang.String]NULL
