> The PGA gateway uses PHP's date() function to convert Airavata's time integer into human-readable
form. This results in a warning message:
> Warning: date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. 
> The solution is to set the time zone. This can either be done in the PHP pages that use
date() or else globally in php.ini file, but I prefer the former since it makes PGA more self-contained.

> We need however to confirm the timezone of the timestamp returned by Airavata.
