Hi Shahbaz,

Now that BES provider is independent, I would say its your call on which version you would
like to use. Regarding GridFTP compatibility, I am planning to advocate for a jglobus release
with  bcprov-jdk15on-1.50 this week. But with RC testing, the jars themselves might not be
available until a week or so. So meanwhile, please decide whats the interim dependency should
be.
