Raminderjeet Singh commented on AIRAVATA-986:
---------------------------------------------

This problem exists with Jglobus 2 also. org.globus.net.PortRange.getFreePort() does not have
a reset flag for tcp.port.range given in ~/.globus/cog.properties.

> Gram and GridFTP clients are not releasing the ports after using them. I am using Airavata
0.8 with cog-jglobus client. I need to test the same with JGlobus2 client with latest release.
Currently i need to restart the Airavata service to release all the used ports to make the
service work again.
