I think just the most recent one (integration_tests_refactor_update3.patch).  I had a little
problem applying (I used patch -p0 -i integration_tests_refactor_update3.patch).  The patch
command had a problem with the last section, which modifies airavata-client.properties.  This
is a simple change and so can be done by hand.
