After fixing the security problem, Following is the error to run a job on trestles using XSEDE
ogce account. 
Error submitting the job to host trestles.sdsc.edu['/home/servers/trestles/bin/trestles_submitfilter.pl',
'-A', '', '-u', 'ogce']
