Hi Viknesh,

get() method of UserResource is for get the list of any kind of resources which can be generated
giving the parameters that are available in the UserResource instance. It is to get something
like all the experiments by a particular user. What that method basically does is retrieving
child resources. So if you want to get all the users for a particular gateway, you need to
implement get() method of the GatewayResource class.

Chathuri

> Implement an API to deal with User Management related operations. This would be useful
for the webapps that are going to be developed as a part of the GSOC projects and also to
support monitoring capabilities(preferably by admins) by these webapps
