Raminderjeet Singh commented on AIRAVATA-826:
---------------------------------------------

This is from the job logs. It looked like files are not transferred correctly. I found the
job arguments are not set correctly in Job RSL. I will debug the cause of this. Parameter
type is set correctly as URI.

 arguments = "gsiftp://data1.stampede.tacc.utexas.edu:2811///scratch/01623/us3/jobs/US3_Service_Fri_Apr_19_10_12_43_EDT_2013_aefc9810-8ec8-4bcf-af6c-1df4107a6be7/input/hpcinputUS3-48be38ea-de5a-39d4-edc2-2a44f9056f47.tar"
"gsiftp://data1.stampede.tacc.utexas.edu:2811///scratch/01623/us3/jobs/US3_Service_Fri_Apr_19_10_12_43_EDT_2013_aefc9810-8ec8-4bcf-af6c-1df4107a6be7/input/jobxmlfile.xml"
