Log:
AIRAVATA-202 
Adding logic necessary to make ssh connection with the Amazon instances (Required by the EC2Provider).

I'm waiting till Lahiru finishes the GFac refactoring. Once it is done will use the refactored
classes with the EC2Provider. Then I can start testing the EC2Provider with Airavata.
