For a long time OpenWire version 6 was used.  With 5.12, that was increased
to the latest version, OpenWire version 11.  For KahaDB, on start up the
store should check the index and detect the version as being older and
fallback if using an old store.  However, it's probably safest to set the
version manually on the BrokerService using the method
setStoreOpenWireVersion if you want to use an older store.  This is because
if the index needed to be rebuilt and the version couldn't be detected the
only way for the store to know to use an older OpenWire version would be to
manually set it.
