thank you for your reply. I made some research based on your reply and
confirmed that brokers reconnect fine and message distribution seems to work
nicely. So what I will do is to have each client local embedded broker.
These client brokers will be configured to form network of brokers with
server broker(s) (server topology will depend on deployment).

There is one thing that is not ideal though. Given the setup client will
have client broker and server will have server broker. Now when client sends
message to server and server will not be connected at that time (i.e. there
will not be any consumer for the server queue) those messages get stuck in
client broker. It would be better if messages to server got placed to server
broker even though there is no consumer at that time. Can this be done? I
would imagine feature that would cause embedded broker to get rid of
messages as soon as possible :)
