Its going to be difficult to setup a slow consumer with request/reply because you are limiting
the rate at which messages are produced. A consumer is slow if can't keep pace with producer(s).
What I would suggest you do is change your test a little, have your producer send messages
asynchronously in blocks of a 1000 or so - and have more than one consumer, and put a blog
sleep in one of the consumers (to simulate a slow application).
