You can either use ActiveMQs PooledConnectionFactory [1] or Springs CachingConnectionFactory
[2]. Potentially also Springs SingleConnectionFactory [3].

I would recommend [1]. You find it in the $AMQ_HOME/lib/optional/activemq-pool.jar file.
