When I commit messages, the messages are delivered in the correct order to the active listener. If no listener is online, the messages are delivered in the correct order when a listener connects. However, if I browse the messages on Q1 (for example with the web console) and look at the messages, when the listener goes online, the order of messages is altered. Is this an issue anyone is aware of? Are there any settings that might cause this? Does browsing alter the order of messages yet to be delivered?
