failover://(tcp://localhost:61617)?startupMaxReconnectAttempts=1&initialReconnectDelay=10&maxReconnectAttempts=2&maxReconnectDelay=10

which causes this:

javax.jms.JMSException: Could not create Transport. Reason: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
Invalid connect parameters: {startupMaxReconnectAttempts=1}
