did you get sorted?
you need to remove the store limit, replace:
 <storeUsage>
      <storeUsage limit="1 gb" name="foo"/>
  </storeUsage>

with the following, to be limited by available disk space:

 <storeUsage>
      <storeUsage limit="0"/>
  </storeUsage>
