Try to #define WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN before including <windows.h>:

#define WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN
#include <windows.h>

As far as I remember, winspool.h won't be included if you define
WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN.
