with pure master slave, a message send to the master is relayed as a message
send to the slave. If the slave does not have persistence enabled it will
have the default memory message store so the message will be in memory. From
a persistence perspective, both brokers are independent as the the master
slave replication is implemented as a broker filter, simply shunting
commands to the slave as they arrive at the mater.
