My recommendation would be to try and create the simplest possible test
case that demonstrates the issue and open a new Jira issue and attach
the test.  That way it won't get lost and as soon as someone has time to
investigate the issue there will be something for them to use to try and
track down the problem.  

Have you tried to modify the included example app to send BytesMessages
and create in memory byte arrays around the size you are trying to send?
this would demonstrate without requiring any files to be read in that
the AMQCPP code is at fault.
