Subject ActiveMQ usage from C# (WITHOUT SPRING.NET)
Date Thu, 12 Mar 2009 21:38:20 GMT

Hi there,

I'm hoping someone here will be able to help me out as this is getting
pretty interesting for me.
Here's the problem:

using Apache.NMS;
using Apache.NMS.ActiveMQ;

namespace JMSTest {
	class Program {
		static void Main(string[] args) {
			IConnectionFactory factory = new
ConnectionFactory("tcp://localhost:61616/");
			IConnection connection = factory.CreateConnection();
			ISession session = connection.CreateSession();
		}
	}
}

Would anyone please explain to me what am I doing wrong that I can't even
create a session? I have my ActiveMQ instance up and running, other clients
(Java) work just fine, but doing just that in C# throws the following
exception:

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index and length must refer to a
location within the string.

Please help!!!

Best regards,
Maciej
