Hi,


you have to provide credentials to the connectionFactory bean in
webapps/admin/WEB-INF/webconsole-embedded.xml

such as

   <bean id="connectionFactory"
class="org.apache.activemq.ActiveMQConnectionFactory">
     <property name="brokerURL" value="vm://localhost"/>
     <property name="userName" value="test"/>
     <property name="password" value="test"/>   
   </bean>

alternately, you can take a look at patch for issue 1237
(https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/AMQ-1237)
