Subject Fix for Safari Download Problem

I did a little research on the problem that occurs when trying to download
with Safari.  After analyzing the downloaded response, it looks like it's a
gziped copy of the downloads web page, which sounds reasonable.  The reason
that Safari seems to have problem with the page is the name of the link:

Safari looks at the file and makes the assumption based on it's internal
mime-types and the file name that it should be receiving a gzipped file.  By
simply renaming the URL to something else, the problem should go away.
