You do not need to buy any licenses. ActiveMQ is available under the
Apache License, version 2.0. That license can be read at

http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0

The short form is "don't claim you wrote ActiveMQ itself, don't sue us
if it doesn't work, otherwise, have fun and do whatever you want."
